Returns + Repairs



We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not fully satisfied, you are welcome to return it unworn and in it's original packaging within 14 days for a full refund excluding postage.
If you do need to return an item we would advise you to return it by Royal Mail special delivery to cover insurance.
For hygiene reason earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days.
Purchases made from Stockist's must be returned directly to the place of purchase.
Specially commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
There are no returns on sale items.





Repairs will be carried out free of charge to items which have a fault with the material within 6 months of purchase.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damage deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty but will be repaired at cost plus postage.
Items returned for repair should be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, the cost of which will be covered by the customer.
