This delicate necklace was made using 4 Sterling silver vintage Filigree heart shaped Insets which sit at the back of the neck, with a beautiful vintage Sterling silver plaited chain at the top and a thin Sterling silver chain with vintage blue/cream cameo charm drop.

Measures 45cm along the shorter and 52cm along the longer chain.
